Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and cashweep ("Platform", "we", "us"), governing your use of the website, application, games, sports betting services, live casino, online slots, and all other functions provided through the cashweep platform.

These Terms are to be read together with cashweep's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form the complete legal framework governing the relationship between users and the platform. User Eligibility

Use of the cashweep platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Not on any self-exclusion list of any recognised gambling platform.
• Registering voluntarily and on their own initiative without any coercion.
• Not using the platform on behalf of any third party without written authorisation from cashweep.
• Have not had an account previously closed by cashweep due to fraud, breach of terms or illegal activity.

cashweep reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete. All earnings obtained during the suspension period may be withheld while an investigation is conducted.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account at cashweep. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are considered a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any existing balances.

Users are responsible for ensuring that information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. This includes full name, date of birth, identity card number (MyKad) or passport, active mobile phone number and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information may result in account closure without any compensation.

The account password is entirely the user's responsibility. cashweep is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence. Users are advised to use a strong, unique password and not to share their login details with anyone.

Deposits and Payment Methods

cashweep accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM50.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Using a third-party account to make deposits is strictly prohibited and may result in funds being frozen until an investigation is complete.

cashweep reserves the right to carry out compliance checks and identity verification before processing any deposit, particularly for transactions that exceed a certain amount. This is part of the platform's commitment to protection against money laundering and the financing of illegal activities.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the payment method chosen and current workload. cashweep will endeavour to process withdrawals within the stated timeframe, however unexpected delays due to technical factors or additional verification requirements may occur.

All withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the support team. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be automatically rejected.

cashweep reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if there are signs of unusual activity, unfulfilled bonus requirements, or incomplete identity verification.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

cashweep offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM1,800 (that is, RM120 × 15) before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been fully met are eligible for withdrawal.

Specific terms may vary for different promotions. Users are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before participating. cashweep reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each account is only eligible for each type of bonus once, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse, including placing bets systematically solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, may result in the cancellation of the bonus.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

Users agree not to engage in any of the following while using the cashweep platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Exploiting bugs, technical vulnerabilities or errors in the bonus payment system.
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without their authorisation.
• Sharing content that is offensive, threatening or unlawful when interacting with the platform or the support team.
• Taking any action intended to disrupt or damage the platform's systems or infrastructure.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cashweep platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, audio, video, brand names and software, is the exclusive property of cashweep or its authorised licensors.

Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any content on the platform without explicit written consent from cashweep. Use of cashweep's logos or brand name in any promotional context without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

cashweep provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy or continuous availability of the service. The platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Game outcomes are final and determined by a certified, independently audited random number generator (RNG). cashweep is not responsible for game results that do not satisfy the user, provided the system operates within its defined technical specifications.

In the event of technical disruptions, system failures or network outages beyond cashweep's control, the platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant funds to the user's account.

Account Termination and Suspension

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the cashweep customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending transactions.

cashweep reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• There is evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• The user provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• There is suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Upon instruction from a competent authority or relevant regulatory body.

If an account is closed for valid reasons (not due to a breach), any remaining balance will be returned to the user after all checks are completed.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

cashweep reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms. If a user does not agree with the changes made, they are advised to close their account and stop using the platform before the effective date.
